here's what a little daily ritual does:
Añade unas 2 cucharadas de la mezcla de hierbas que hayas elegido a un recipiente resistente al calor con agua recién hervida y colócalo debajo del taburete.
Deja que se enfríe hasta que el vapor se sienta agradablemente cálido, nunca caliente. Primero, pon la mano sobre el recipiente para comprobarlo.
