here's what a little daily ritual does:
Add around 2 tablespoons of your chosen herbal blend to a heat-resistant bowl of just-boiled water, and place it under the stool.
Let it cool until the steam feels comfortably warm, never hot. Hold your hand over the bowl first to check.
Sit on the stool with a blanket wrapped around your lower body to hold the warmth in. Stay for 20–30 minutes, and move away straight away if it ever feels too hot.
Afterwards, give yourself time to rest. Not for use during pregnancy or menstruation.
