shipping policy

Order processing times

Orders are processed within 1–10 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Everything is handmade in small batches, so please allow for our making and quality-checking process before your order is dispatched. Processing can take the full window during busy periods.

UK delivery

Our main delivery partners are Royal Mail, Evri and DPD.

Once your order has been dispatched, UK deliveries take 3–5 working days to arrive.

Free UK shipping on orders over £50. Shipping costs for orders below this are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: a tracking number is issued once your order has been dispatched, and sent to the email address given at checkout. There is nothing to track before that point.

Changing your address: once an order is placed, the delivery address is locked and cannot be changed by you. If your address is wrong, email help@yoniyoni.shop with your order number as soon as you can and we will update it for you before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it, so please double-check your details before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays that arise once your order has been handed to the delivery partner. If you are experiencing issues, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

International delivery

Please allow 5–10 working days for delivery (excluding weekends and holidays). Where a courier is delayed this can extend to up to 15 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, duties and taxes

We are not liable for any customs duties, taxes or fees applied to international shipments. We are also unable to refund orders where:

  • a package is refused due to duties and taxes
  • a package is not collected from the local handling facility
  • a package cannot clear customs because of restrictions
  • items are confiscated by customs
  • the shipping address given was inaccurate or incomplete

For deliveries to Europe, orders under €150 are not usually subject to additional duties at customs — but the customs office in the destination country has the final say and we cannot guarantee this.
