Step 1: Wash hands. After a shower or bath, pat the vulva dry (leave skin slightly damp).
Step 2: Pump 2–3 drops onto fingertips and warm between hands.
Step 3: Massage onto the external vulva only — the mons and outer/inner labia and surrounding skin. Avoid the vaginal canal and urethral opening.
Pro tips:
A tiny extra drop can be applied to areas prone to chafing or post-shave dryness.
Start 3–4 times/week, then use daily if your skin loves it.

How long before I feel the effects?
You’ll start to feel a warming, tingling, or heightened sensation within 5–10 minutes as the oil absorbs and activates but it does depend from person to person we recommend you use before foreplay once you apply the oil take a moment to slow down and enjoy the sensations.

We don’t recommend Freya Oil during pregnancy due to its stimulating essential oils. For hydration, try our Yoni Oil, which is pregnancy-safe.
