Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no lock-in. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time, and you will not be charged again once cancelled.
What if I don't need it this month?
Skip it. You can skip a single delivery without cancelling the subscription, so your discount and schedule stay in place for next time.
Is the 15% off just the first order?
No. The 15% applies to every subscription order, for as long as you stay subscribed - not just your first.
Can I change how often it arrives?
Yes. Choose your frequency when you subscribe, and change it any time from your account. If a month feels too often, stretch it out.
Can I change which products I get?
Yes. You can update the products in your subscription from your account, or email help@yoniyoni.shop and we'll sort it for you.
