How long does processing and shipping take?
Our products are handmade in small batches, so processing can take up to 10 working days, especially during busy periods.
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your chosen shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?

International delivery times vary by country but usually take 5–15 working days after dispatch.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what can I do?
If you’ve entered the wrong address, please update it as soon as possible using our tracking portal here:
You can change your address before your order has been dispatched.
Once your parcel has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional charges may be incurred to have the order reshipped, so please always double-check your details at checkout — but we understand mistakes can happen and we’re here to help where we can.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items for hygiene and safety reasons.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue using our support portal here:
You’ll be able to upload photos and details so our team can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they are processed.
Once your order has been prepared or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

I'm using your natural products for the first time I might be allergic will I get a reaction?
