Shipping Policy
All orders are processed in 2-5 working days.
Your orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Domestic Orders - UK
For All domestic orders in the UK Royal Mail will be used.
- Standard UK domestic shipping 2-4 working days delivery time cost: £3.99
- Express UK domestic shipping 1-3 working days delivery time cost: £4.99
Tracking number will be issued once your order has been processed and you will be updated of this tracking number via the chosen email given at order checkout.
International Orders
For International Orders, please allow 3-17 working days (does not include weekends or holidays), with the exception of the courier being delayed this can go up to 15 working days.
UK Royal Mail is used to ship international orders.
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on country location. see below;
EUROPE
- Standard Tracked Shipping - 3 -17 working days delivery time. Cost: £10.99
USA
- Standard Tracked Shipping - 3 -17 working days delivery time. Cost: £13.99
ASIA, AFRICA, SOUTH AMERICA, CENTRAL AMERICA & AUSTRALIA/OCEANIA
- Standard Tracked Shipping - 3 -17 working days delivery time. Cost: £14.99
Tracking number will be issued once your order has been processed and you will be updated of this tracking number via the chosen email given at order checkout.
We are not responsible for refunds if:
- Packages are refused due to high duties and taxes
- Packages are not picked up by the recipient at the local handling facility
- Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions
- Items that are missing because they are confiscated by customs
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address.
Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery or postage delays that arise from unsuspecting issues beyond our control, courier issues and postal strikes, incorrect addresses and acts of God.
Returns
We do not accept returns on our Yoni Eggs due to their intimate nature.
We are happy to accept returns on our other products that are unopened, not damaged and still in their original packaging.
We do not offer prepaid postage for returns
